DENON1910 with SONY S370

my avr have hd signal but no sound came out.when i play couple button on remote and sound got back.has anyone got problem like this before.

was probably a syncing issue or something. if it keeps occurring try some different cables. I use one of these most days of the week with a number of different sources and have not had this issue. nor have my customers to my knowledge

i got no problem with my old samsung bdp1400 all work fine.i get same issue when i bought phillip bdp3100 no hd sound came out my dealer replace with this sony 370.when wacth bd in dts hd i get no sound. i ll have to select pure direct n turn off then select dts hd then i hve the sound

I have a 2310 at home and it works fine with my S370. A 1910 has arrived today and I have tried it with that too, and it works fine as well.

Are you using a Version 1.3 HDMI cable?

ronald,i m using Qed perfomance hdmi cable.audio setting my 370 hdmi set to auto.dsd output set to off.bd audio mix set off.is that meant my denon got problem
