So Hermes have lost the denon and can’t find it in their depot and hasn’t been delivered to PT.
Hermes customer service is disgraceful because their CSC team don’t have the right level of authorisation to start a search for my lost AVR and I now have to email their complaints department and have to wait another 5 days so they can instigate an investigation to find out where my AVR is. It’s been nearly 3 weeks without my Denon!
I think it’s been nicked and may call the police, but not sure if they will do anything!
They only cover up to £300 and is a school boy error on my part because I should have researched other couriers and now I may have to buy a much cheaper replacement!!!
