Would anyone consider the Denon an upgrade on the Teac Reference 300 MKI in sound quality?

As much as think my DM37 is a great little unit, I would have to agree with Andrew that its more of a sideways step than an upgrade.

Thanks for the replies, i guess it would as it is in the same price bracket. I always wondered if the Denon would suit me better as reviews never mention it as bright sounding. (Might take a listen)

(I must mention i am alot happier with the sound of the Teac after investing in the atlas speaker cable and using the Tannoys instead of the B&W DM303 but always looking to improve)
