Denon AVR-X4400H + additional AMP for front speakers

Hello,

I have Denon AVR-X4400H.

I want to upgrade my system for 11. channels.

There is option to get some low-cost power amp for the atmos speakers. Or I can get the power amp for the fronts.

I am considering using Denon PMA-1520AE as power amp for the fronts.

Is it worth? Is there big step up with stereo performance?

I am using Heco Celan 700 as my front speakers.

I don't think getting an atmos amp is a good idea, they don´t need to be very powerful. On the other side, an amp for the fronts seems reasonable for music. However I think you are okay without an amp. You have an excellent AV Receiver that is very powerful for the Heco Celan. I'm not an expert in Amplifiers, but I consider your setup good enough.
