Denon 2500 lip synch problems.

Please help, I'm tearing what's left of my hair out. When I pause or stop a blu ray disc, it will frequently restart with sound and picture out of synch. Denon's website isn't much help (and allows a download that I should open with winzip which won't open), no technical helpline, Googling not helpful. I've read the English section of the manual and it's no help. I've got to the point where I'm considering a change of player because it gets on my moobs so much, but obviously wish to avoid if possible. Any ideas gratefully received!

I must say that I have never encountered this particular problem with my 2500BT (I had 2 infact).

All I can think of is a firmware update, and if this still does not cure the issue, the unit is probably faulty.
