Must admit that I'm finding Royal Mail UK to be a little on the slow side during the lockdown measures. I guess it's everyone purchasing online and they are having trouble supporting the additional volume, plus I'm sure that a significant part their workforce must be affected by the lockdown.

Large percentages of company’s workforces are isolating. You can’t expect normal delivery in these times. Do you know if they’ve left the U.K.? Perhaps contact the seller. They’ll help you more than anybody here.....
Long delays are to be expected in current situation and anyone that orders from a dealer elsewhere in the world has no reason to complain. Simples!

I’m afraid the delivery service you have selected of £3.99 usually would take around 5-10 WORKIMG DAYS to delivery to our customers in Denmark. As you As you can appreciate due to the Coronavirus, this has increased delays and taking longer than usual.

My advice to everyone is that goods will reach our customer however there will be delays in certain regions.

Personally i don't mind it taking 7 days from uk, normally i would get it in 3-4 day if i order at the begining of the week or saturday, sunday

You're just gonna have to patient and sit this out Gasolin, it isn't exactly "all systems normal" around the world at the moment.

I actually placed my order on the 13th with Futureshop, my speaker cables arrived today. I live in the Republic of Ireland and also found the delivery very slow. Tracking information was very poor

I think what people should realise is that right now, everybody is buying everything online (OK, not everybody, but YKWIM), and the postal service is hammered. It's going to take much longer for something to leave the country, and when it reaches its destination country, it's going to take much longer to clear customs. Everything is up in the air, and waiting a few days longer for your cable risers isn't the end of the world. (y)

I payed for standard shipping or else i had to pay half of what the cables cost for 3-5 days delivery (£25), i know some things atm are not stock do to factorys being closed, so some of them either don't have it stock or can't send it

My cable was stock

I was wondering why, unless it's something exotic, people aren't supporting their local dealers and buying from within the country they happen to live in. Just curious.

Born in bred in the UK.. For the last decade I have lived in Ireland and supported the dealers nearest me and built up good relationships . Unfortunately due to limitations.,Ireland doesn't have a vast majority of Hi Fi dealers . The stores they have are brilliant but can be limited to certain brands.
