decent sound meter

can anyone recommend suitable sound meter for setting up the surround sound levels? Im of the understanding that you can get a decent one for 30-40 quid?

I got this one Gander: http://www.maplin.co.uk/Module.aspx?ModuleNo=46362 They were about £60-70, now £30. Seems fine.You see the same meter around with various different badges, but it's the exact same meter....
