dBpoweramp Batch Converter - Artwork

Can you batch add artwork or do you have to add to each song individually after converted?

I'm converting FLAC to Apple lossless then putting the songs on my ipod.

Haven't used the Batch Convertor to add artwork just to move from one codec to another. It does keep the artwork associated with the file. I use MediaMonkey to batch "tag" the artwork onto all the songs in an album and then dBPoweramp Batch Converter to convert the album.
