Hello, does anyone know if it is worth changing the internal DAC in my Arcam Black Box 50? From reading on the net the Wolfson WM8740 seems to get very positive reviews.

Is this a hard thing to do? Would it make any difference? Also I have found some WM8740s on ebay for around a fiver.

This would be my first attempt at DIY upgrades, other than soldering the digital output on my old Arcam Alpha cd player.
