Cyrus streamer update

I have a Cyrus stream xp2 qx. Each time I open up the cadence app on my iPad, I get an error massage saying the 'wrong software running on the main unit'.

does anyone know what this is and how I get the right software, providing the message is correct.

i do find the software is poor for the curves streamer, but the sound is feat....

It's a firmware update. Your local dealer may be able to do this for you.

Otherwise it will have to go back to Cyrus for them to do it.

It could be that yours might need to go to a retailer or the factory to be upgraded. The earlier streamers prior to the V2 versions needed to go back to the factory for an upgrade, and some of the V2 versions need the retailer to perform the upgrade rather than an internet update, which is a bit rubbish.
