Cyrus and PSX-Rs

I've got 2 Cyrus PSX-Rs but 3 Cyrus components, a CD 8se, a pre vs2 (pre amp) and an x power (power amp), all could have a psx-r connected. Which one should lose out on the PSX-R? Or is trying out all one can recommend?
