Cyrus 3 amp with Tannoy F1s??

Sorting out a system for my father. Anyone know much about the Cyrus 3? I could play easy and get a Cambridge A1. Suggestions anyone? Budget us amp under £100.

I probably wouldn't bother with the A1. Nice enough little amp for the modest price, but doesn't output any depth or punch to the music. What about one of those Sansuis that RecordSpot raves about?

The Cyrus while quite cold sounding will beat the Cambridge hands down and the build quality of the former will be better too.

what about the Rotel RA-01?

I've not heard one but they do seem popular and if its anywhere near as good as the Rotel I had years ago it'll beat the Camb'. Not sure how it stacks up against the Cyrus tho.
