hi , i recently had a nasty accident with a vinyl slipping from my grasp & hitting the stylus parked on it's rest .
naturally i had not had chance to turn the volume to zero & therefore it gave a good loud thud to the speakers . the scratched vinyl was bad enough , but i am concerned for the speakers more !! the volume was just over a quarter on the dial . i have not noticed any fuzziness etc from the speaker , should i be concerned ?? is this likely to have damaged the speakers ??
thankyou .
