Contrast setting on new Sky 1Tb box?

Hi,

Can I ask which contrast setting most people are using with the new 1Tb box? Is there a general view which is best? Thanks

I have found that leaving the contrast on medium suits me.
I changed it to high and it blew out the highlights and was quite clearly wrong.

As with most things like this it'll be whichever setting you think looks best on your TV.
