connecting Humax-Fox T2

have Sony Blue Ray connected to Sony Receiver with H.D.M.I. and Receiver to T.V.i wish to connect Humax to Receiver and T.V.but H.D.M.I.sockets on Receiver occupied by Blue Ray.How do i get round this.

Does your receiver only have 1 HDMI input? Which model is it? If it only has 1 HDMI input, then it would be best to connect the Humax to the TV direct via HDMI, and put an optical feed into the receiver for the sound.

receiver isSTR-DA1200ES it has three H.D.M.I. sockets D.V.D.in,TVSAT in, Monitor out.Blue Ray leads are dvd in monitor out.The humax has no optical socket,it has Scart to Scart,one H.D.M.I. red,white and yellow audio and video,and ethernet.

Correct grdunn123, just plug it into the other HDMI socket and away you go.

Connect the Blu-ray player to the 'DVD in', and the Humax to the 'Sat in' HDMI inputs of the receiver, then connect the receivers 'Monitor out' HDMI output to the TV.
