Complete Home tech hub

[PM Questions]

Hi, I am retiring in a few years and building a Villa in Greece to move to on a full time basis. As its a new build i want as much of the house to be connected via some kind of tech home hub. IE not just home cinema / music but white goods, CCTV, shutters, air conditioning etc.
I havent got the first clue as to which company to work with and would welcome anyone with experience or an informed opinion,
