The Philips speakers may work except the subwoofer. The reason is that the sub is passive (has no amplifier in) and the Yamaha is designed to use an active sub.
I suggest you try to budget for other speakers. Maybe if you buy them at the same time as the amp you can get a discount.

All in one box home cinema speakers are generally fine for the surround sound aspects, but as Petherick says, you need to budget for a separate powered subwoofer and ideally some decent front speakers as well. The all-in-one-box centre speaker should be fine as well.

Most all-in-one-box systems use the subwoofer case to house the pwoer amplifier(s) for the entire system, which is why the control unit that sits under your TV can be so small.
