Hi, has anyone used this mains conditioner? If so, please can you tell me how it performs. I currently have a Tacima and was wondering whether this would be a worthy upgrade? Thanks.

Also, if any of the WHAT HIFI team see this post, please can you tell me if you are planning to review this soon. Thanks.

Save your money mate, i did the exact same upgrade you are talking of and to me it wasnt worth it. I would suggest trying your amp plugged straight into the wall too just to see if you prefer the sound without a filter at all.

After reading another discussion thread about plugging your amp directly into the mains vs. via a mains conditioner I gave it a try, still using my Clearer Audio Copper-Line Alpha mains cable, and found there was an improvement (albeit marginal) in presentation.

I still have my CD plugged in via my Tacima and having read another hi-fi blog several months ago whenever I'm listening to music I now unplug the mains adapter for my TVonics PVR as it generates a lot of 'noise'

Hi, thank you very much for the comments, I really appreciate them. I was planning to get the 8 plug version so you have saved me from wasting £95 which I will now spend on extra mains cables instead! Thanks again.
