Just bought a pair of 1.5m Epic twin speaker cable from Audio T (Pratical Hi-fi) for £119. I am going to pick it up in 1hour. Has any had experience of this cable?

Bought 2 x3m + 1 x 2m Epic super twin (bi-amp) to upgrade my Chord rumour 4. Arcam AVR350,P90/3, MA RS6 5.1 enjoying better seperation, clearer voice, better midrange, tighter bass. old ears very happy. (fleabay bought)

Maybe it's the cable or just the screening ?? Or is it a dream...

Meant to be superb but not for already bright sounding systems as it's very revealing. Be interested to see how you get on.

Demoed some. It was very fast and tight but too bright for my setup/room/ears

jules.

All setup. First impression. I like it very much. I am currently playing Nick Drake and there is so much more emotion in his voice, it's incredible! more seperation- soundstage is much wider. Not bright at all!!!!! woo hoo!!! 🙂 more cd tests to follow.....

But we all know that cables makes no difference

I was thinking of trying this stuff but in my new house I'd need about 12 metres

That`s good to hear! When you make an upgrade that really transforms your systems sound you`ll find you`ll want to play through your entire collection. Like igglebert I`d need two lengthy sections so I shall have to go for something a little cheaper. Enjoy your music!

Oh I am enjoying it sooooo much. I really can't believe it! It's been like day and night. Happy at last. Although...naim gear is next on the horizon!
