can unshielded speakers damage plasmas, if too close ?

Hi, i know magneticly unshielded speakers placed too close to a CRT tv can cause picture distortion and possible long term damage but does this apply to plasma screen,s ?

It was just the crt's that threw a wobbler if unshielded speakers were next to them.
