Can I use my cd players built in dac?

Hi, I'm currently listening tunes through my pure ipod dock connected to my little dot mk3 valve headphone amp but I know for a fact the built in pur dac is the weak link in the system...so can I use my cd players onboard dac? I have an arcam cd93
