Can I get surround sound with Wharfedale Crystal 3 speakers?

I bought myself crystal 3 set 2x30.5 2x30.1 1 30.C and subwoofer diamond series. I do have Yamaha rx 675, and Sony HW55es, I do not have Blu ray player, Only Xbox and Apple tv.

Can I ask, does crystal 3 set is considered surround sound? Dolby surround?

I'm thinking to add 2 extra surround speakers at the rear.

do You think my system will benefit if I buy 2x wharfedale WH-SR2 or 2x DFS speakers?

get surround sound with the amp and speakers you have, if you want add a further two speakers then that's up to you, but please do think about adding a bluray player as it will make the most of you amp and speakers.

Thank you for your reply, I was thinking to buy Br player but Dealer offered 800 euro from OPPO. I wanted to have something around 30-80 euro, but thouse do not provide 3d play. I do have Xbox (in repair as the drive stoped to play br disks)

But I do not know the quality seems to be odd, I hate movies on Br that are croped.
