Hi! Which of this could be better with B&W 683S2?

I have not heard the CA but Rotel and B&W work together, and I have heard the RA-12 with the 683, and it is indeed a great combination. You would not regret it!

Both aren't bad amps. Have you heard them and checked the specs?

I have heard Rotel Ra 12 + Monitor Audio Silver 8, and it sounds fantastic, at least to my ears
