Calling all Audiolab 8000AV Owners

Anyone bought an Audiolab 8000AV recently and found that some (MPEG2, HDCD, Prologic II and DTS) of the processing modes are "Disabled"? I've put an email into Audiolab, and am waiting to hear back, but am interested to see if others have experienced the same thing. It was advertised as having all the processing modes listed, but it seems I need a code from Audiolab. I'm having nightmares of TAG past (not an owner though), where every little extra cost a fortune to enable. Is this still the case with Audiolab? Thanks.

Try hard resetting the Audiolab. That worked for me.

Thanks for the tip, worth remembering for the future. To be fair to Audiolab, they came good and gave me the codes I needed FoC.
