Cable Question

Hi all,

I need to run a composite video cable from a DVD player to an old monitor with a composite in. I have an old subwoofer cable that's not doing anything. Will this do the job for me ?

Given the nature of the components you're using - DVD player, old monitor - yes, it should be fine. But bear in mind composite video only carries video, and you you'll need extra connections for audio if required.

yep, video only....audio will be sent to an old stereo amp. Just wanted to check that the cable would carry the video signal.
