Buying from audio affair

Hello.

Has anyone purchased products from audio affair?

They have the apollo c1 centre speaker stand Im considering .

Usually I buy from Richer Sounds,but currently they dont sell centre stands

I bought my Beyerdynamic A1 headphone amplifier from Audio Affair around a year ago without experiencing any problems. They even phoned me up the other day to see how I was getting on with it. Of course, all transactions will be different and I can't guarantee you'll be as happy, but I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

I am mid-transaction with them at the moment, waiting for an item to arrive with them from the distributor. Got to say that so far I have found them to be very helpful, but I guess time will tell!

I bought some Partington Super Dreadnought stands, no problems.

A number of years ago I had some problems trying to communicate with them when I ordered some speaker cable. Around that time it looked like numerous other people had similar problems when ordering products shown as in stock on their website and then being made to wait without any communication or replies when inquiries were made.

As I say, this was several years ago and they may have gotten their act together since then.

I bought some speakers from them and they ordered the wall brackets, which weren't on their site, direct from Audio Pro for me as well. I dealt with a guy called Richard who was very helpful.
