Burn screen on Samsung UE60KS7000 5 month old, and this is not the worst, the worst is that Samsung Portugal taking more than 15 days to give the money back to the store i've bought it from. So, for now, no TV and no money....

Thats good news for me, after the reimburse wilk get the 65KS7000, more 5".... 🙂

I wonder if this is a symptom of the extra brightness the screen pumps out at 4K HDR?

Did you use that feature a lot or did you just watch HD and SD content? Sure is strange to get screen burn like that on an LED tv though and I'm surprised you are going to buy another Samsung.

But only in UK! You guys don't know how lucky you are living in a country where the consumer is respected the way that it is!

Well, Samsung yesterday finally came to their senses, they are going to transfere the money, and i'm going to get paid. So, yesterday went to buy another Samsung KS7000, but this time got the 65" instead, only had to spend more 300€, tomorrow they will be delivering my new baby...
