I am looking to buy a pair of on-ear headphones to replace my Grado iGrado headphones linked below, they are really annoying and hurt my ears especially with prolonged use, the band that fixes on my ears always moves position and is so tight that after I take them off my head actually hurts, not also mentioning the poor sound and build quality as well as the cable that always gets tangled up, a very shoddy attempt Grado, they do not come close to my old pair of Sennheiser PX 100 in terms of sound and comfort, the Grados are too harsh and bright on the treble side and they are not as weighty and full sounding as the Sennheiser's.
Current Grado pair...

Old Sennheiser pair...

I am looking for a pair similar to the Sennheiser pair with premium sound and build quality and would ideally like some alternatives to the links below, I would also like to know when the new Audio Technica range will be released as I like the look of these pair also linked below.
Budget is around £50-80
