I'd been sick of the Boxee's home screen, with those stupid YouTube clips, for ages. So, I had a look around and found a great little hack that lets you reconfigure your home screen, getting rid of said Youtube clips and display artwork for the films that you have stored locally.
So, the home sceen goes from this:
To This:
Its very easy to do and actually makes the Boxee more stable (mine used to crash on start up quite a bit before the hack)
