Bowers and Wilkins Matrix 3 Series 1

These any good? What would be comparable modern speakers???. I know they are sealed so wondering how they sound at highish volumes, not extreme obviously, not looking to shake a house but would like to feel a kick drum.

Other equipment is an rdac and nad c370, and cheap qed cable.

Good match? How much are they worth?
