Has anybody tried bone conduction earphones for running, cycling or even swimming? I would love to know if they are any good compared to earbuds as they keep your peripheral hearing for traffic sounds etc whilst out and about and you can use them with earplugs when swimming. i'm not expecting audiophile sound quality but would like to know how sound the technology is compared to the conventional solutions.

BTW if anybody knows of any good buds for swimming i would love to know.
