Blu Ray player with built in Amplifier?

Hi all

Currently thinking of upgrading my LG HT503PH DVD player to a Blu Ray player. I'd like to hold on to my 5.1 speakers and only change the DVD player. Trouble is i've been looking everywhere and cannot find a blu ray player with a built in amplifier that is not part of a home cinema package that comes with speakers. Does anyone know of a blu ray player with a built in amplifier?

Not unless, as you point out you buy a all in one and just keep your speakers, and depending on connections be prepared to have to play with the terminals!

wow 2k? bit steep for me, I may just have to replace the whole lot. Bit of a waste really. Unless I can haggle in Comet to get just the blu ray part of a home cinema system

Not very likely. What would they do with a large box just containing the speakers? Better by far to buy a player and a budget AV receiver.
