Blu ray player, 3d with 4k upscaling and two hdmi outputs - choices?

I'm looking for some recommendations for a new blu ray player £200 tops that can play 3d blu rays, upscale to 4k and has 2 hdmi outputs as my amp onkyo 876 can't process / pass 3d images to my new 4k tv.

Cheers that looks like will do the job, replacing an old Sony machine from about 5 years ago that cost considerably more

Just realised the 2nd hdmi on this is sound only, are there any players on the market with two hdmi outputs that transmit both sound and pictures, I forgot my blu ray player also drives my projector through my amp!

I think the Oppo 103 might but thats £500. Do you know what the new Samsung Ultra HD Blu-ray player does, that comes out in March sometime, or a bit later? I think thats around £300 and you proof yourselve for Ultra HD at the same time.
