 I will personally miss them, the store is clean and tidy NOT smelly. The staff are usually helpful and I can get what I want when I want.

Blue rays cost no more than DVDs and I can use my Tesco Vouchers to get a rental for little more than a pound. Try getting that anywhere else !

Well now it looks like I am going to have to.. I hope they can keep a least some of the stores going (Romford please) and save some of the jobs. 4000 out of work is no joke people, think on that before you post silly comments.

Blu rays cost no more than DVDs at lovefilm. So far I've been getting through 8-10 films a month, so that's about £1 per disc, and I don't have to spend any vouchers. No need for any interaction with staff, imdb is far more helpful than any shop assistant could be.

I want to rent a film when I feel like it, not when Lovefilm deign to send it to me. And usually I only want to watch that one film at very short notice, and usually the kids want to watch one too.

I am going to go and rent a film this weekend to try and keep them in business.

I'm gonna rent 3 and buy 4 bags of popcorn............. this year looks like it could be the saddest year ever, hardware replaced by rubbish software....

I have two Blockbusters failry near to me, but it's not always convenient for me to get there after a day at work, or to drop films off. I stream from Netflix, Sony's excellent site and iTunes. I streamed Prometheus on the day it was released on DVD and it cost me about £4. That's fine by my reckoning, or more accurately, my needs.
