bi-amp and bi-wire

I seem to be hearing a lot of people saying "dont bi-wire your speaker" the money for pair of bi-wire cable would be better spent on pair of standard cable.

I have a acram A90 + P90, so was thinking of bi-ampping them with bi-wire cable. But should i run the A90 as a per amp and run standard cable for the p90.

Could do with some help

Biamp A90 to HF and P90 to LF, use all 4 plugs on the amp to all 4 speaker terminals with 4/4 biamp cable or two pairs of 2/2.
