I bought a pair of the sony wh-1000xm4 this week. The audio latency is disgraceful! Within 15 minutes of watching a movie, the latency is approachin 1 second!! You have to reset the bluetooth connection every 10 minutes to be able to watch anything. I returned my pair.

Their No.1 TV headphone, the Sony XM4 does not support the aptX codex, so it does not support the low latency aptX LL.
They may be the best for listening to music from a smart TV app, but not for watching movies.
