Best way to connect panasonic zt 65

I am waiting on delivery of the panasonic zt 65 .the new model only has 3 hdmi .i have the oppo 103 ,Yamaha ysp2200,play station 3,xbox360 ,virgin TiVo and Apple TV

Is this the best way to hook them all up

Oppo 103 - hdmi 1 out to tv

-hdmi 2 out to Yamaha ysp hdmi 1(will this give me best possible sound and picture from the oppo)

tivo - processes through the oppo on the back hdmi in

playstation 3 - hdmi 2 on the Yamaha ysp

apple tv - hdmi 3 on the Yamaha ysp

xbox 360 - hdmi 3 on the zt65

and I will use hdmi 2 on the zt65 to arc it

There's a lot a very knowledgeable people on these forums does this seen right to u and how do I connect the xbox360 to the bar to give me surround sound.

Yes I could but I'm not a big gamer .i only watch movies and once or twice a week have I skim through the tv channels on the TiVo after the blu ray player I use the TiVo the most so I thought Id use the oppo to process the best possible picture since a lot of the channels are standard def.

Sorry yes it does .it just doesn't look that nice with cable coming out of the front of the player .i suppose I could just put in the hdmi when I play the Xbox and remove it and tuck it away when I'm not .
