best way to connect everything to my Sony HT-DDW890

I have a SonyKDL 40W2000. A Sony BDPS350 and a Sony HXD 870 DVD recorder and Sky HD and want to know if I connect these to my HT_DDW890 will I get everything in full HD or not in other words will it upscale the DVDs or do I have to connect direct to the TV to get what I want.There is a Bluray and one HD in on the amp and one out. I hope someone can help The books and Sony are not to helpful.

You keep refering to DDGW800 but its the DDW890 with only two HDMIs in and one out
