Best sub £1000.00 Amp speaker package

Hi,

Just wondering what you guys think the best pioneer amp and speaker package would be. My budget is £1000.00 just purchased a BDP-320 blu ray, now would like user reviews prior to taking the plunge.

Any help would be much appreciated.

A vsx-920 and the Q-Acoustics 2000 pack would be my choice.

BR5 299.00 For the front or BR2 130.00ish depending if you want floor or book

BR 100.00 centre

BR1 110.00 rear

and 199.00 - 250.00 for a decent 2008-2009 amp that is not 3d ready. and a rsw12 subwoofer 299.00. I reckon I could get that all for under 1000.00

But this is if you dont want 3d

Nick at The Home Cinema Centre has said the right thing here (in his opinion). Everyones ears are different, we all listen imagining that ours is the best system anywhere, so go out and listen for yourself and get what YOU like the sound of. Of course budget is always the problem. As for amp / receiver if you want HDMI 1.4 spend the extra money and get the Pioneer VSX-1020, so much more spec. and terrific sound except for 9.1 from a 7.1 that Pioneer don't explain in the manual.(Pioneer manuals have never been much good even at 132 pages.) Anyway good luck in finding somewhere that can or will demo a number of speaker setups.
