Best plasma excluding Pioneer?

Excluding the now hard to get Pioneers (& the ridiculously priced Panny Z1), is the best plasma the Panny V10?

There is no denying that the V10 is a awsome TV, though I would look towrds the new Samsung Plasma range as well. Also their 50 inch screens are just as good, and a bit cheaper.

If I waited before I did (wish I did) I would go for a 50 inch screen (trust me you I regreted it as soon as I adjusted to a 42 inch, or 46 inch) I would of gone for one of the new Sammys. Would loved to of got the Pioneer, but hey thats 2 grand!!!!

I have a older Samsung plasma and they do make some cracking sets easily as good if not better than IMHO the Panasonics, and definatly better looking!

2 current models well worth considering are the PS-50B650 review HERE or the PS-50B850 (my review HERE) both are very good sets but if it were my money I would spend that extra bit and get the PS-50B850.

I agree with D.J.KRIME

Invest in one of those plasma's, I have seen the latter in the flesh and it's gorgeous!!! Pictures are awsome all areas.

Quite tempted to sell my current TV and invest in that model
