Best headphones for under £60

I am looking for some over ear headphones for £60 or under. I want some which have good sound quality and good at blocking out outside noise. Any recommendations?

If it were my money I would take a look at these:

and

both are as good as headphones that cost 2 maybe 3 times that much.

Google 'best headphones 2015'. The first link is a What Hi-Fi one and it lists a £60 AKG.
