All was fine with my current LG HD TV & SKy HD Box until I got a new Sofa. Now I have a new Sofa I need to rearrange my setup. This is where my brain went into overdrive. Now I am aware that standard RG6 Coaxial Cable will work fine and I can go down to maplins and get some with a stapler, however I was thinking is there any better quality Coaxial cable? (to connect to my aerial output to my SKY HD Box, that will WORK better than straight up RG6?

It is not designed to carry the high frequencies an LNB outputs (0.95 GHz to 2.15 GHz).

Use the proper cable for the job. i.e good quality 75ohm, double screened satellite grade cable, like Webro WF100 for example..

i know the whole debate about upgrading cables is a bit of a touchy subject to some, who believe it makes very little if any difference but....

I am using the coaxial supplied by the installer for my Sky box. Should I also be considering running replacement higher grade coax? does is make a difference? I have a Sony HX903 52 connected to my Sky box via HDMI.
