If you know any UK based online stores that delivers to Sweden please let me know.

Greetings from Sweden!

I'm looking for the best sounding budget speaker under £400. Must be brand new speakers (1 pair) in black or white colour. Please note that shipping and handling fees to Sweden must be included in that price.

I listen to electronic music like Trance so I'm looking for deep lows, crisp and punchy mids and silky smooth highs. I don't like bright sounding speakers. Yes, I know, everything is subjective, to each his own and all that but which speaker delivers what I want, according to you?

I will power the speakers with my brand new NAD C316BEE.

Thank you in advance!

Hmm... no edit button?

What about Acoustic Energy Neo 3 Three V2, Acoustic Energy Neo 1 One V2, Monitor Audio Bronze BX2 and Monitor Audio Bronze BR5?

They may not be big enough for your after but at that price and if you want lovely piano black I would check out avi neutron v. They are a small speaker but I listen to a fair amount of electronica and they make enough noise for me! No idea if you could get a demo in sweden tho. Avi do ship worldwide but you would be buying blind and nO idea about their returns policy.

Dynavoice or Q Acoustics. You can probably source both locally.

I was going to mention XTZ too - nice speakers for the money and they should have something in your price range. Being a Swedish company, I'd imagine they'd have an outlet local to you.

I'm sure that you'd be able to audition speakers from Dali since they're from Denmark.

So I'd recommend giving a listen to Dali Lektor 2 speakers, which I believe would be a good match for the NAD (I used to drive the Lektor 2s with a C326BEE and was very happy with the results).

I would not recomend any q-acoustic speaker, they sound like you have a pair of socks stuffed down your ear cannal.

Maybe you had a pair of socks stuffed down you ear canals as it's certainly not a problem the Qs suffer from! In fact, the latest 2050s floorstanders are meant to be on the keen side of neutral in the treble, so not sure where the idea they're woolly comes from. All depends on what you're putting them alongside in any case.
