Best blu ray player with analogue outputs.

I`m looking for help selecting a blu-ray player with analogue outputs. I have an older type av receiver with no h.d.m.i. inputs.

I have heard the stories of the alleged problems with the Sony bdps550 (No bass) and the Panasonic dmp-bd80 (Lip sync).

Firstly are the problems real and if so what is the best player with analogue outputs around the £350 price point,

I would be gratefull for any advice.

You could certainly go for a Pioneer BDP 51-FD. It's been discontinued so you'll get a great price on it. Should be between £250 and £300 by now if you hunt around for one. Excellent analogue outs and a better player than the ones you mentioned above.
