Best 26 inch TV for gaming

Hi,

I am looking to buy a 26 inch TV for a Xbox gaming, it will only be used for this function.

I see some of them are 1080p. Do I need this?

Budget is £300 ish

Any advise appeciated,

You don't really need 1080p (especially for the Xbox 360 which has very few true 1080p games) and I wouldn't let a lack of 1080p put you off a good set like this Samsung - it really is great and my friend also uses it for Xbox gaming - looks a treat. Can be found at a few places for under £300.
