Beresford Caiman Upgrade....worth it?

Hi all,

I have been looking at this

Has any one else ventured down this route? Would I hear noticable returns for my money? The level 4 upgrade costs more than the Caiman new.

I love the caiman and have no wish to move away from it, just wondered if it's worth trying to make it even better?Any advice much apreciated

Think they used to be Audio Upgrades?

I had my DAC magic upgraded by them, it brought worthwhile improvements all round. Don't think spending the money elsewhere could of got me the same VFM. They were very informative, professional and speedy, I would personally recommend.

Had the level 4 upgrade fitted to my 7520 and the benefits were very noticable.It is a fair bit of money but think you would have to spend quite a bit more than the cost of the Caiman + cost of upgrade to get a better performing dac.
I found Audio Upgrades/Fidelity Audio pleasant and professional to deal with and willing to discuss/advise on various options.
