BD version 2.1 coming?

Whilst reading the info on the back on the new Hellboy II Bluray last night it described the BD Live content needing Version 2.0 or higher.

Is there a new V2.1 in development?

Nothing concrete AFAIK - but I am sure there will be further developments in the future as extra features are added to the format.

There's already a Profile 3.0, but that's BD-Audio.
