BANANAS AND BAREWIRE QUESTION!

Hi, I have cambridge banana plugs on amp(yamaha RX-V667) amp and KEF 2005.3 K2 speakers. Is it ok just to have bananas on amp end and bare wire speakers as the plugs fit tight in amp but slide about all over the place in speaker end? Thanks

Cheers guys. Taking them back tomorrow then thats £50 saved for cambridge plugs that ain't at all secure!
