B&W pv1 LED indicator problem ???

Hi everyone. Just bought the PV 1 sub and wondering if there is a fault with the LED indicator. When it is on standby the LED indicates red- this is ok. But when it is on and sounding the LED should turns to green colour, as told by the manual, but on mine I don't get the green light. The LED just goes off ( instead of going green) when the sub is playing.

Anyone getting this similar problem or is it no one awared of this ??? Your feedback will be much appreciated.

Maybe just a faulty LED??

As long as the sub works correctly thats the main thing but I know these things can niggle at you!

Are you looking at it in daylight ? The green on mine is hardly visible, especially in combination with the design of the slit and the angle you may be viewing it from...Under darker conditions, if I walk closer to the PV1, I can see it....ÿ

Thanks everyone, I going to get an exchange. Clearly there is a fault. The LED should either be red or green whenever the sub is plugged in (I've found out for sure now).
