B&w CM8S2 or MA Silver 6 or 8 for rock without bright sound?

Which of these speakers are the finest with bad rock and metal records? Which are the most forgiving for bad records and don't have sharp, bright highes, but a warmer sound?

I have the CM8 (first version) and I'd say that they're well tonally balanced. Midrange is well defined and natural, which should be good for rock vocals and guitar riffs. I haven't heard the newer versions.

MA silver 6s sound a bit harsh at the top end to me. Haven't heard the 8s.
